$6,000 Film Production Grant

Discover the Power of Your Voice

What is it?

The South Washington County Telecommunications Commission (SWCTC) provides a voice for local governments and the residents of South Washington County. Throughout the past several years the demographics of our communities have become more diverse. The goal is to create partnerships that strengthen our South Washington County Community while giving a filmmaker an opportunity to produce a passion project and jump start their career.

The SWCTC Community Voices Grant will provide $6,000 directly to the filmmaker to produce their 10 – 20 minute project they propose. SWCTC will provide the equipment needed and the mentorship that is required to complete the project.
